This Privacy Policy explains how Aura Daily Wall ("we", "our", or "the app") accesses, collects, uses, shares, retains, and deletes data. This policy applies to the Aura Daily Wall Android application with package name aura.daily.wall.
Aura Daily Wall does not require users to create an account. The app stores favorites, wallpaper history, and settings locally on the device. The free version uses third-party advertising SDKs, which may process device identifiers and usage data for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and mediation.
Data We Collect or Process
- Wallpaper and app usage data: wallpaper IDs, categories, search requests, selected wallpapers, favorites, and wallpaper history may be processed locally to provide app features. Favorites and history are stored in the local Room database on your device.
- Settings data: notification preference, auto-change schedule, wallpaper target, separate lock screen setting, dynamic color setting, premium status cache, and related preferences are stored locally using Android DataStore.
- Network and technical data: when the app connects to the wallpaper API or image storage, technical request data such as IP address, user agent, request time, and requested URLs may be processed by the hosting provider for security, reliability, and delivery.
- Advertising data: Google AdMob and mediation partners may collect or receive device identifiers, Advertising ID, approximate location inferred from IP address, ad interactions, diagnostic data, and other data described in their own policies.
- Purchase data: Google Play Billing processes purchases. The app receives purchase state information needed to unlock premium or download features, but we do not receive your full payment card details.
- Notification data: if notifications are enabled, the app may schedule and display local daily wallpaper reminders. The app does not use notifications to collect contacts, SMS, call logs, or precise location.
Data We Do Not Collect
- We do not require account registration.
- We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, messages, camera, microphone, or precise location.
- We do not sell personal and sensitive user data.
- We do not upload your local favorites, history, or settings to an app account, because the app currently has no account system.
How We Use Data
- To load wallpaper lists, categories, thumbnails, and full-size wallpaper files.
- To set selected images as Android wallpapers.
- To save favorites and wallpaper history locally on your device.
- To support search, preview, download, cache management, and auto-change wallpaper features.
- To send optional wallpaper notifications when enabled by the user.
- To show ads in the free version, measure ad performance, prevent abuse, and support Start.io mediation through Google AdMob.
- To process in-app purchases and restore premium or paid download entitlements through Google Play Billing.
- To secure, monitor, and improve service reliability.

Third-Party SDKs and Services
Advertising is provided through Google AdMob, with Start.io used as a mediation demand source. These providers may independently process advertising and device data according to their own policies and user consent requirements. Data Sharing
We share data only as needed to operate the app, provide advertising, process purchases, host content, prevent fraud or abuse, comply with law, or protect the app and users. This may include Google, Start.io, Cloudflare, Google Play services, and infrastructure providers. We do not sell personal and sensitive user data.
Data Retention
- Local favorites, history, and settings remain on your device until you delete them, clear app data, or uninstall the app.
- Cached images remain on your device until cleared by the app, Android storage management, or the user.
- Advertising, billing, and infrastructure providers may retain data according to their own privacy policies and legal obligations.
- Temporary server and network logs may be retained for security, debugging, abuse prevention, and service reliability.
Data Deletion and User Choices
- You can delete local app data by using Android system settings, clearing app storage, clearing cache, or uninstalling Aura Daily Wall.
- You can remove favorites inside the app where the favorite feature is available.
- You can disable notifications in the app settings or Android notification settings.
- You can reset or limit the Android Advertising ID in Android privacy settings where supported.
- Because the app does not currently provide user accounts, there is no app account deletion flow.

Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards for the app and related services. Network communication is performed over secure endpoints where supported. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's Privacy
Aura Daily Wall is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us so we can review the request.
International Users
The app, advertising SDKs, billing services, and infrastructure providers may process data in countries other than your own. By using the app, you understand that data may be processed where our service providers operate, subject to applicable law.
