Sổ ghi tiền trọ dành cho chủ nhà: ghi chỉ số điện nước từng phòng, tự tính tiền và gửi hoá đơn cho khách — tất cả nằm gọn trên máy bạn.
Sổ Nhà Trọ thay cuốn sổ giấy của chủ trọ: quản lý nhiều dãy trọ, mỗi dãy nhiều phòng. Đến kỳ, mở màn chốt sổ nhập chỉ số điện nước cũ → mới cho cả dãy, ứng dụng tự tính số kWh, số khối, tiền phòng và các khoản phí hằng tháng (gửi xe, rác, internet — tính theo phòng hoặc theo người), ra ngay số tiền từng phòng phải trả. Xem hoá đơn từng phòng (có dòng số tiền bằng chữ như biên nhận thật) và chia sẻ cho khách qua Zalo, tin nhắn hay bất kỳ ứng dụng nào. Theo dõi đã thu – còn nợ theo từng kỳ, quản lý khách thuê với tiền cọc, ngày vào ở và thủ tục trả phòng. Nhắc bạn đúng ngày chốt sổ hằng tháng. Sổ có tiền và số điện thoại khách nên khoá được bằng PIN hoặc vân tay, và sao lưu ra tệp để chuyển sang máy mới. Hoạt động offline hoàn toàn: không cần tài khoản, không cần internet (trừ quảng cáo), dữ liệu chỉ nằm trên điện thoại của bạn. Có gói mua một lần để xoá quảng cáo.

Đây là toàn bộ quyền có trong file cài đặt (AndroidManifest sau khi ghép), gồm cả quyền do SDK của Google tự thêm vào — đúng danh sách Google Play hiển thị. Ứng dụng không yêu cầu quyền vị trí, danh bạ, camera hay bộ nhớ.

Ứng dụng tích hợp hai dịch vụ của Google có kết nối mạng. Thứ nhất, Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) để hiển thị quảng cáo — nguồn thu duy trì ứng dụng miễn phí. AdMob có thể thu thập: mã quảng cáo của thiết bị (Advertising ID), địa chỉ IP, thông tin thiết bị chung và dữ liệu tương tác quảng cáo, theo Chính sách quyền riêng tư của Google và cách Google sử dụng dữ liệu khi bạn dùng ứng dụng của đối tác. Bạn có thể đặt lại hoặc xóa Advertising ID trong Cài đặt Android → Google → Quảng cáo. Ngoài AdMob, ứng dụng không nhúng bất kỳ SDK phân tích, theo dõi hay mạng xã hội nào (không Firebase Analytics, không Facebook SDK, không crash reporting).
Thứ hai, Google Play Billing — dùng khi bạn mua gói "Xoá quảng cáo" một lần. Giao dịch do Google Play xử lý hoàn toàn: ứng dụng không nhìn thấy và không lưu số thẻ hay thông tin thanh toán của bạn; chúng tôi chỉ nhận biết trạng thái "đã mua" để tắt quảng cáo. Việc mua hàng tuân theo Chính sách quyền riêng tư của Google.
Ứng dụng cho phép bạn ghi tên khách thuê, số điện thoại, tiền cọc, chỉ số điện nước và công nợ. Đây là dữ liệu cá nhân của người khác do bạn nhập vào. Toàn bộ dữ liệu này được lưu duy nhất trong cơ sở dữ liệu cục bộ trên máy bạn: chúng tôi không có máy chủ, không đồng bộ, không gửi đi đâu, và SDK quảng cáo không được phép truy cập. Về mặt kỹ thuật chúng tôi không thể xem sổ của bạn.
Vì bạn là người nắm dữ liệu của khách thuê, bạn cũng là người chịu trách nhiệm sử dụng dữ liệu đó đúng mục đích (tính tiền, xuất hoá đơn) và bảo quản máy/ tệp sao lưu của mình.
Nếu bật khoá, mã PIN được lưu dưới dạng băm SHA-256 kèm salt — không lưu PIN dạng chữ. Vân tay/khuôn mặt do Android quản lý; ứng dụng chỉ nhận kết quả đúng/sai và không bao giờ đọc hay lưu dữ liệu sinh trắc học.
Chức năng sao lưu tạo một tệp JSON chứa dữ liệu sổ của bạn; chức năng chia sẻ hoá đơn tạo nội dung để gửi cho khách. Dữ liệu chỉ rời khỏi máy khi chính bạn chủ động chọn gửi và đi thẳng tới ứng dụng/người bạn chọn — không qua máy chủ của chúng tôi. Hãy giữ tệp sao lưu cẩn thận vì nó chứa thông tin khách thuê.
Vì chúng tôi không lưu bất kỳ dữ liệu nào trên máy chủ nên không tồn tại dữ liệu phía chúng tôi để yêu cầu xóa. Với dữ liệu do Google AdMob xử lý, xem trang Trung tâm quảng cáo của Google.
Ứng dụng không hướng đến trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi và không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu từ trẻ em.

A rent ledger for landlords: record each room's electricity and water readings, calculate the bill automatically and send tenants an invoice — all kept on your own phone.
Rental Ledger replaces the landlord's paper notebook: manage several buildings, each with many rooms. At the end of a period, open the closing screen and enter the old → new electricity and water readings for the whole building; the app computes the kWh and cubic meters used, the rent and the monthly fees (parking, garbage, internet — charged per room or per person) and shows exactly what each room owes. View each room's invoice (with the amount spelled out in words, like a real receipt) and share it with the tenant through any messaging app. Track paid and outstanding amounts per period, manage tenants with deposits, move-in dates and move-out settlement. Get a reminder on your meter-reading day each month. Because the ledger holds money and tenant phone numbers, you can lock it with a PIN or fingerprint, and back it up to a file to move to a new phone. Fully offline: no account, no internet needed (except for ads), and your data stays on your phone. A one-time in-app purchase removes ads.

The app integrates two Google services that use the network. First, Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK), which serves the ads that keep this app free. AdMob may collect the device Advertising ID, IP address, general device information and ad-interaction data, as described in the Google Privacy Policy and how Google uses data from partner apps. You can reset or delete your Advertising ID in Android Settings → Google → Ads. Beyond AdMob, the app embeds no analytics, tracking or social SDKs (no Firebase Analytics, no Facebook SDK, no crash reporting).
Second, Google Play Billing — used when you buy the one-time "Remove ads" item. The transaction is handled entirely by Google Play: the app never sees or stores your card or payment details; it only learns the "purchased" state in order to switch ads off. Purchases are governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
The app lets you record tenant names, phone numbers, deposits, meter readings and outstanding balances. This is other people's personal data that you enter. All of it is stored only in a local database on your device: we run no servers, nothing is synced or transmitted, and the advertising SDK has no access to it. Technically we cannot see your ledger.
Because you hold your tenants' data, you are also responsible for using it for its intended purpose (billing and invoicing) and for keeping your device and backup files safe.
If you enable the lock, the PIN is stored as a salted SHA-256 hash — never in plain text. Fingerprint/face is handled by Android; the app only receives a pass/fail result and never reads or stores biometric data.
Backup writes a JSON file containing your ledger; the invoice feature prepares content to send to a tenant. Data leaves your device only when you actively choose to send it, and it goes directly to the app or person you pick — never through our servers. Keep backup files safe, as they contain tenant information.
Since we store nothing on servers, there is no server-side data to request deletion of. For data processed by Google AdMob, visit Google My Ad Center.
This app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children.
