ImRich is designed for entertainment and social status display. Digital items, rich points, leaderboard rank, and profile assets are virtual app experiences only. They do not represent real money, financial assets, investment products, or real-world wealth.
In-app purchases are processed by Google Play. ImRich does not receive or store payment card details. ImRich verifies purchase tokens with Google Play before granting virtual items. ImRich items, rich points, leaderboard rank, and profile assets remain virtual entertainment features only.
App Privacy Policy

Information We Collect
- Profile information you provide or authorize, such as display name, Gmail address, Google account display name, and Google profile photo URL when you use Google Sign-In.
- App profile identifiers, owned item IDs, virtual item status, rich points, leaderboard score, and season ranking.
- Purchase-related information required to verify Google Play in-app purchases, such as product ID, purchase token, order ID when provided by Google, purchase state, acknowledgement state, verification result, and review status for limited sold-out items. We do not receive payment card details.
- Shop catalog and item supply information, including item type, rarity, price label, rich points, sold count, maximum supply, and custom icon URLs.
- Basic technical data required to operate the app, such as network requests to the ImRich backend, temporary files created for sharing screenshots, and local app settings stored on your device.
How We Use Data
- To create and maintain your ImRich profile.
- To show your owned virtual assets, rich points, and leaderboard position.
- To sync shop items and leaderboard data between the app and backend.
- To verify Google Play purchase tokens before granting virtual items.
- To record purchases that need manual review, such as a limited item selling out during verification.
- To create shareable Vault, item, and Club rank screenshots when you choose Show ImRich.
- To respond to support, privacy, and deletion requests.
Data Practices Summary

Permissions and Third-Party SDKs
This section lists the permissions and third-party services used by the app so users and reviewers can understand how the app works.
Android Permission
Internet access is used to connect to the ImRich backend, load shop item icons, use Google Sign-In, refresh leaderboard data, query Google Play product details, and verify purchases.
Third-Party SDKs
- Google Sign-In / Google Play services for account sign-in.
- Google Play Billing / Flutter in_app_purchase for in-app purchases and purchase restoration.
- Share Plus for opening Android's system share sheet when you choose to share an ImRich screenshot.
- Path Provider for creating temporary screenshot files inside app-managed temporary storage before sharing.
- Flutter SharedPreferences for local device storage.
- Dart HTTP networking for API communication.
Backend Providers
ImRich uses a Cloudflare Worker API and Cloudflare D1 database to store profile, shop, item ownership, purchase verification, season, and leaderboard information. The Worker also calls the Google Play Developer API to verify purchase tokens.
Data Deletion and User Rights
You can request deletion of your ImRich profile and associated app data at any time.
How to Request Deletion
Open the ImRich app, go to Profile, choose Delete my data, and confirm the deletion dialog. If your profile is linked with Gmail, you may be asked to sign in again so ImRich can verify that the Google account matches the profile being deleted.
You may also email minhthang0792@gmail.com with the subject line ImRich Account and Data Deletion Request. Include the Gmail address used in the app, or your ImRich profile ID if available.
What We Delete
- Profile identity stored by ImRich.
- Gmail address, display name, and avatar URL stored in the ImRich backend.
- Owned virtual items and profile item associations.
- Leaderboard entries associated with your profile where technically and legally possible.
- App-generated temporary screenshot files stored in app-managed temporary storage may be removed by the app or operating system.
Processing Time and Exceptions
In-app deletion is processed immediately when the backend request succeeds. Email deletion requests are normally reviewed within 30 days. Some purchase verification records, order references, and review records may be retained longer when required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, purchase dispute handling, sold-out item review, security, or backup recovery. Google Play purchase history and payment data are controlled by Google and may need to be managed through your Google account or Google Play settings.
